Why take a Support Plan?

Your simulator is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date your product was dispatched. Manufacturing defects or faults found during the initial warranty period are covered under MedaPhor’s terms of warranty. After this period, if a fault occurs, it is likely that support or repairs will incur a cost, unless you have purchased an extended support plan for your simulator.

To protect against this, we have a range of simulator support plans, that can be purchased at any point prior to the expiry of your initial warranty.

Our Support Plans can be purchased for periods of 12, 24 or 36 months for HeartWorks, ScanTrainer or BodyWorks simulators.

Doctor's Desk
Bronze Support Plan

Includes telephone access to our system engineering help desk and online support and remote diagnostics to your simulator (internet connection required) should a simple software solution be required.

Bronze Support Plan Icon
Silver Support Plan

Includes all Bronze Plan support, plus software updates and system fixes. Additional software support such as new releases for HeartWorks customers (up to two per plan), or Cloud access for ScanTrainer customers including remote user access, scan upload through Case Generator and the Case Library).

Gold Support Plan

Includes all Silver Plan support, plus extended hardware warranty for all your simulator system components.

Remote Access

Our Support Team may need to access your simulator computer remotely to fix a system issue and will ask you to log on to TeamViewer. Please only do so when requested to by a MedaPhor System Engineer.
